By completing the above sections, the Customer confirms and agree with the Terms and Conditions as per quotation. The Customer agrees that information provided are true and correct and that the project can be scheduled by the Provider and completed as requested. The Customer agrees that they are liable for penalties should the team arrive on site to find that the site is not ready for the installation and/or information provided is not correct resulting in delays and additional costs to the Provider. Should Provider not be able to complete the project within the arranged time that was booked and agreed due to any circumstances or delays by Customer the Provider reserves the rights to charge for stand time at R 500.00 per hour as well as additional Car Rental, Accommodation, Flight Scheduling and/or any additional expenses incurred.
